Rose came to Levien & Company after nearly a decade working as a mechanical engineer for a major MEP firm. In that time, she was rapidly promoted to Project Manager as a result of her keen abilities to understand the technical aspects of projects and manage the team members. Rose also acted as one of the firm's primary commissioning agents for LEED projects on both the fundamental and enhanced levels.
At Levien, Rose has served as Project Manager for both for-profit and nonprofit clients including Friends Seminary (pursuing CHPS Verified certification) and The School of Visual Arts, in addition to performing existing conditions assessments and extensive reviews of design documents for buildability and quality assurance/quality control for the Delacorte Theater and the Metropolitan Opera. Some of her projects prior to arriving at Levien include the American Museum of Natural History, Times Square Theater, New Mexico State University Center for the Arts (certified LEED Gold), and Berkley Carroll School (certified LEED Silver).
Rose received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New York and a LEED Accredited Professional.
