Virginia leads Levien & Company's marketing efforts, responding to RFP's, creating marketing collateral and conducting in-depth market research. She brings to the firm a decade of experience in marketing for the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry.
Before joining Levien, she was the Marketing Manager at a well-known engineering firm in New York City, where she helped the company land some of New York's biggest new development projects - including Brooklyn Bridge Park and the soon-to-be iconic pyramidal residential tower on the waterfront at 57th Street.
In addition to her work with Levien, Virginia is also a freelance writer and editor. Most recently, she has written about sustainable building techniques for the New York Real Estate Journal. Her work has also appeared in a wide variety of publications ranging from USA Today to Blue Ridge Country.
She holds a B.A. degree in Philosophy from The Evergreen State College and a MAEd from Virginia Tech. She is a LEED Green Associate.
