Carnegie Hall Studio Towers Renovation Project |
Carnegie Hall Studio Towers Renovation Project
New York, NY
The Studio Towers renovation allowed Carnegie Hall to convert residential and commercial space to a music education center, expanded administration space and upgraded life safety & mechanical systems. The updated building created a better connection among performers, students and audiences under one roof. The renovation also included the installation of a rooftop garden. This transformational renovation has insured that Carnegie Hall remains as central to the future of music as it has been to the past.
Levien & Company managed pre-construction and the first three phases of construction. The firm put into place a management system that allows Carnegie Hall’s internal staff to complete the oversight of the project.
